Every product you buy on our website is shipped for free. All items purchased on our website will be shipped using one of the following carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHS, or USPS (mostly). After payment has been completed, shipping may take three to nine days to arrive. Any claims for things that are damaged, misprinted, or defective must be made within 30 days of the product's delivery. All claims for lost packages in transit must be filed within 30 days of the anticipated delivery date. We pay for claims that are considered to be the result of our error.
